US Drop Forge offers a wide variety of products and services to help satisfy any of our customer's needs. Our closed die, drop forgings are manufactured for those applications where quality and dependability cannot be compromised. We take pride in providing our customers a forged product with world-class quality and value added features that will stay with their product long after it is shipped from any of our facilities.
Special Services
At US Drop Forge, we believe no order is too difficult to process. We manufacture custom forgings to your exact specification with electropolishing, PMI testing and several other value added services. Box quantity packaging and customized labeling services are available as well.
Materials
US Drop Forge manufactures custom forgings in carbon, stainless, chrome moly, aluminum, copper nickel, hastelloy, monel and a variety of other special exotic alloys. Each alloy is selected because of its special characteristics under various operating environmental stresses.
ISO 9001 / PED Certification
Effective November 15, 2007 US Drop Forge, Co. upgraded our ISO 9001 Certification to include compliance with EU Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) Directive Annex 1 paragraph 4.3. Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), a European Registrar, completed the certification process.
